XHTML stands for the eXtensible HyperText Markup Language. It is a subset of XML. This extension of HTML is used to publish enhanced interactive documents and applications on the web. It allows the programmer increased flexibility giving them the ability to create their own HTML elements or tags.

Yahoo is a popular search engine on the web. It lets the user look for web pages by entering text into a web form and then pressing the Enter key to submit the search information to the engine. It also allows for advanced searches and boolean searches.

 

Z




ZIP is the file extension used by archived files. The ZIP format is used to group and compress files for download over the Internet.

Zones in local access networks are groups of connected computer systems that are set aside for a special use and each zone is identified by a zone name.
