This agreement is made between Webovations Interactive Digital Media, a licensed business in the state of Washington, and the receiver of the product who is hereafter referred to as "The Recipient". By receiving this product, whether purchased or not, the Recipient agrees to the substance and letter of this agreement. The sole recourse for The Recipient if the terms to this agreement or any part of this digital product are not satisfactory is to return this software to us or the place of purchase within 15 days with receipt for a full monetary refund.

This digital book and software is for personal or business use and is not to be republished in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, publishing on the web or Internet, publishing as part of another software application or in a hardware device without further negotiations as to compensation to Webovations Interactive Digital Media. Copies of every CD received by The Recipient can be made for use in a single home, small office or corporate division. It can be used on one and only one company Intranet or network or if not on a network then the limit to the number of copies which The Recipient can retain on hard drives or CDs per household or office is five.

The Recipient agrees to indemnify and otherwise hold Webovations Interactive Digital Media blameless against any claims, judgments, awards or sanctions resulting from this agreement or for the use of the software. This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Webovations Interactive Digital Media shall in no case be held responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from use of this software including, but not limited to any loss of business, profits, information or data unless due to circumstances of gross and willful misconduct by Webovations Interactive Digital Media.

This is a viewable open source web application in that it is written with HTML and JavaScript which allows the code to be viewable and changeable by end users. The Recipient can alter the code to his preferences and can learn from the code as an example, but The Recipient is still subject to this agreement as well as the copyright.
